Returns & Cancellations

At The Roasted Alternative, we take pride in offering a wholesome range of roasted Indian snacks made with care. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Returns & Replacements

We currently offer returns or replacements only in the event of:
* An incorrect product being delivered, or
* A product that has been damaged in transit.

If you receive a product that falls into either of the above categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share your order number and photographic evidence of the issue via email at hello@theroastedalternative.com or through our contact number 7709144894
To ensure a seamless refund, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damaged product before processing a replacement or a refund. In case of a refund, the same would be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the product.
The refund would not be applicable for packs which have been opened, and/ or consumed and must be retuned unopened in the original packing.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer replacements for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste preferences.
 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we will not be able to process any cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at the earliest with your order number at hello@theroastedalternative.com or through our contact number 7709144894. Please note that cancellations charges would apply
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund.
